Saving the World's Smallest Bear: Behind the Schemes, Episode 2

Annamiticus presents "Behind the Schemes" -- a web series which discusses how commerce, corruption, and counterfeit cures are destroying our Planet's precious wildlife. In this episode, host Rhishja Cota-Larson discusses the "Saving the World's Smallest Bear" with Siew Te Wong, CEO and Found of Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre.
Sun bears are the smallest of the eight species of bear, and they are facing a triple threat: 1)Destruction of their habitat in Southeast Asia; 2) Killing for the traditional Chinese medicine trade; and 3) The capture of baby bears for the pet trade.

Join us each week as we feature international guests discussing the challenges of protecting and conserving wildlife in the modern world.
