Bachelorette Party Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pink sprinkles
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated
Stir in the white chocolate chips and pink sprinkles
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once cooled, the cookies are ready to be enjoyed
