Super Easy Potato Gratin In The Air Fryer
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme
Layer half of the thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased air fryer basket
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes
Repeat with another layer of potatoes and cheese
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the potato and cheese layers
Close the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown
Check the gratins doneness by inserting a fork into the center; it should come out clean when its ready
Carefully remove the potato gratin from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
Sprinkle with additional thyme and cheddar cheese if desired
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious air fryer potato gratin
