Chili Cheese Pockets
These Chili Cheese Pockets are a tasty and easy way to enjoy chili flavors in a snack that you can hold in your hand. Its great for parties or a quick dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 can 15 oz chili beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a skillet until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft
Remove any extra fat
Add the chili beans and cook until everything is hot
Take the crescent roll dough out of the package and cut it into triangles
Put some of the beef mixture on each triangle, then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top
Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal
You should put the pockets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
It should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it turns golden brown
Enjoy while hot
