Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and set aside
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the peanut butter mixture, and beat until well combined
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth
Gradually add the flour and salt to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until fully incorporated
Stir in the mini chocolate chips
Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter cookie dough over the brownie batter in the pan
Use a knife to swirl the cookie dough into the brownie batter, creating a marbled effect
Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the brownie mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares
