Keto Paleo Pizza Sticks

These Keto Paleo Pizza Sticks taste great and are a great low-carb alternative to regular pizza snacks. They taste great and are great for satisfying cravings while following a paleo or ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce sugar-free
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese for topping
  • Fresh basil leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and sea salt

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in 30-second increments until fully melted and combined

Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients

Mix until a dough forms

Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet

Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges

Sprinkle chopped pepperoni or sausage over the sauce

Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a log

Press the edges to seal

Slice the log into sticks, about 1 inch wide, and place them on the baking sheet

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the sticks

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown

Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired

Serve warm and enjoy
