Steamed Asari Clams

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs asari clams, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sake
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions:

Add the cleaned asari clams to the pot
Pour in the sake over the clams
