Maple Cinnamon Chicken
A delicious and flavorful gluten-free chicken recipe infused with the sweetness of maple syrup and the warmth of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F 75C
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired
