Pink and White Cookies

Crossdresser Atlanta

Delectable pink and white marbled cookies with a soft and buttery texture and a hint of white chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pink food coloring
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until everything is well mixed together

Slowly add the salt and flour to the wet ingredients and mix them together until a dough forms

Split the dough in half, making two equal parts

Add a few drops of pink food coloring to a piece of dough and work it in until the color is spread out evenly

Small pieces of the pink and white dough should be gently rolled together to make patterns that look like marble

Make little balls out of the marbled dough and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Slightly flatten each ball before putting it down

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

For 20 seconds at a time, stir the white chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave until they are smooth and melted

For a pretty look, drizzle or dip the cookies in the melted white chocolate after they have cooled

Before you serve or store the cookies, let the chocolate set
