Fathead Pizza Crust

A low-carb, keto-friendly pizza crust made with a blend of melted cheese, almond flour, and seasonings. Its a delicious alternative to traditional pizza crusts, perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 218C

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese

Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted and well combined

Stir in almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until a dough forms

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick

Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the crust with the bottom parchment paper onto a baking sheet or pizza stone

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and set

Remove from the oven and add desired toppings

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Slice and serve hot
