Vegan Sweet and Sour Sauce

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until dissolved to create a slurry
