Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes are a delicious and indulgent side dish perfect for entertaining. They are creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, making them a crowd-pleaser for any meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
After you wash and dry the potatoes, poke them a few times with a fork
Put the potatoes on the rack in the oven and bake them for 45 to 60 minutes, or until they are soft
Take the potatoes out of the oven and let them cool down a bit
Separate each potato into two long halves
Scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell
Mix the potato flesh, sour cream, milk, butter, and half of the cheddar cheese together in a bowl
Add pepper and salt
Put the mashed potato mixture inside the potato shells, and then sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top
Put the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble
Add chopped chives as a garnish before serving
